What does regular visits mean?
Since each vertebral adjustment acts as a reinforcement of the previous adjustment, at the beginning of the care the visits are more frequent because your nervous system is altered and its stability needs to be restored. It is called the intensive or reconnection phase. Usually in this phase of chiropractic care it is possible to reduce the inflammation and there is relief at the symptomatic level of pain in the person. With less frequent visits is the stabilization phase and then the maintenance phase.
In some cases of overloads, accidents or stress peaks, although you are already in the maintenance phase, we recommend you to advance your visits to be as little as possible affected by a vertebral subluxation.
